This article will give you instructions on how to sign in on the desktop and mobile app.

Signing in using the Desktop App.

Step 1

• Open the Slack desktop app on your computer

Step 2

• Click on the Add workspaces icon and select Sign in to another workspace

You should come to a Sign in to Slack page. Select Sign in with Google and use your Kry / Livi Google username and password to login. (If you are having problems accessing Google because of Okta, please submit a ticket at https://ask-it.kry.se/hc/en-us.)

Step 3

• Click the Kry workspace and click on open. This should then automatically open the Kry Slack workspace.

Signing in to the desktop app using a web browser

Alternatively, you can use the web browser to login to the desktop app.

Step 1

• Copy and paste this URL into your web browser: https://kry.slack.com,

Step 2

• Select Sign in with Google and enter your username and password.

Step 3

• Once you have opened Slack in your browser, click on the Kry icon at the top left of the screen, and then select Open the Slack app. This should then automatically open the Kry Slack workspace in the app.

Signing in on your mobile device.

Step 1

• Open up the Slack app. If the app opens up automatically on another workspace, slide it to the right, and here you should see a list of workspaces.

Step 2

• Select Add a Workspace.

Step 3

• If the Kry workspace appears as an option, press the Sign in icon to the right of it.

This should bring up this page that asks you to Sign In with Google. (If the Kry workspace is not there, click on Sign in to another workspace and select Continue with Google. Once successfully signed in to Google, you should be presented with the option to sign in to the Kry workspace as shown at the beginning of this step.)

Step 4

• Sign in using your Kry / Livi Google username and password. This should then automatically open the Kry Slack workspace.
