There are two Canon Printers and scanners are available. They are on the 1st and 4th floors.
Before you can print the first time, you need to connect the printer to your computer. This method differs if you are on Windows or Macbook.
Macbook:
First of all, make sure you are connected to the office wifi. If you are not please connect to it as you'll need it to add printers. Press the apple on the top left of your screen and select System Preferences > Printers & scanners.

Next you need to press the + icon (circled in red). On the screen that appears you should be able to see two printers listed, "Canon Livi 4th floor" and "Canon Livi 1st floor." Select the one you need and press Add.
Windows:
In order to add the printers to a Windows computer you will need assistance from the IT team. Please put in a ticket about this and we will help you asap.
How to scan:
If you wish to scan documents, please position your documents on the device, then click on Read > send then select "New recipient" (if it is the first time you are doing this) or "Address book" (if you have already registered your email).
