Available printers in the Stockholm office:
At the Stockholm Office there are three printers, two smaller once used exclusively by the Medical Services team and the Patient support team, these printers are called: Stockholm-Medical-Support and Stockholm-Patient-Support.
There is also a larger printer called Stockholm-Kopiering which is open to everyone.
"Stockholm-Kopiering" is the primary printer of Stockholm office and can be found in the "kopiering" room with the office supplies in the middle of the office. This is the only printer you should be using unless specifically instructed otherwise.
How to add printers:
Make sure you're connected to the "KRY Employee" Wi-Fi network. If you don't how, please submit a ticket and we will help you.
If you have a MacBook:
Once you have enrolled your MacBook to Jamf, and you're logged into your @kry.se apple-ID all our printers will be deployed automatically to your computer.

If you can find the application Self Service in your Applications folder, you are enrolled in Jamf. If you cannot find this icon, please read this article on how to enroll.
While it's not a requirement, being logged into your @kry.se apple-ID can help to access the printers. Since the beginning of 2021 we require all users to set up their company MacBook and phone using a company apple-ID. If you have yet to do this or are using a non-company apple-ID you can find a guide on how to set up your apple devices here.
If your computer is connected to the office Wi-Fi, and is enrolled on Jamf the printers will appear automatically, meaning there is no action you need to do on your part. To see available printers, open the "Printers & Scanners" section in system preferences.
If no printers appear even though you have fulfilled the requirements above, please submit a ticket.
If you have Windows:
Currently there is no way for you to add printers yourself if you're using a windows machine. We're working on a solution for this. Please submit a ticket and we will assist you in adding the printer.
