If you need to add someone to Zendesk, please make sure you are their manager on Workday or that their manager is aware so that the approval process goes by much faster. Without manager approval for the new agent in Zendesk, we will need to tag the manager in the ticket to get their approval which can delay the approval process.
The following information is helpful when submitting a ticket to add a new agent to Zendesk: full name of the person to be added and which group in Zendesk.
